Let’s figure out this life thing together

Being a human is hard. In my practice, I firmly believe in the power of human connection and the healing that can happen within safe, genuine relationships.

I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, addictions, depression, and anxiety and aim to bring compassion, warmth, trust, and a touch of humor to my work. Therapy offers a space to slow down, get curious, and make sense of our experiences without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.

Therapy with me is person-centered and tailored to your unique experiences, values, and goals. Rather than positioning myself as the expert on your life, I view us as partners—working together to make sense of patterns and to support meaningful change at your pace.

My approach to therapy is warm, relational, and collaborative. I use a trauma-informed lens and aim to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and understood. For those those struggling with disordered eating or body image issues, I use a weight inclusive approach that is grounded in respect for body autonomy.

Where I can help

I work with 18+ adults navigating a wide range of emotional, relational, and mental health challenges. While each person’s story is unique, many clients come to therapy experiencing patterns or concerns such as:

    • Depression and persistent low mood

    • Anxiety and chronic stress

    • Bipolar disorder and other mood disorders

    • Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted

    • Low self-worth or a strong inner critic

    • Eating disorders and disordered eating patterns

    • Chronic dieting or feeling stuck in cycles of monitoring or controlling food

    • Body image concerns and body shame

    • Wanting a more compassionate, sustainable relationship with food and movement

    • Perfectionism and people-pleasing tendencies

    • Exploring your relationship with alcohol or other substances

    • Substance use or addiction recovery

    • Questioning patterns around use, even if you’re unsure whether it’s a “problem”

    • Navigating environments where substance use feels normalized or difficult to avoid

    • All-or-nothing thinking

    • Difficulty setting boundaries

    • Major life transitions or identity shifts

    • Wanting deeper self-understanding and meaningful change

    • Processing the experience of loving or supporting someone with an eating disorder or addiction

    • Seeking guidance as a partner, parent, or family member

I approach these concerns through a relational, person-centered lens, recognizing that symptoms do not exist in isolation — they develop within the context of lived experience, relationships, and larger systems.

Therapeutic Modalities

Hi! I’m Audrey

I’m a Washington, D.C. native who has been proud to call Boston “home” for over 10 years now.

I have nearly 10 years of experience at both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings and became a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor in 2021. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can process your experiences, identify patterns in your life that no longer serve you, and take action towards change. When I’m not in session, you can find me spending time with my family, baking, reading, lifting weights, drinking coffee, and working on jigsaw puzzles.

Take the next step

I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can briefly connect, discuss your needs, and determine whether we may be a good fit. Let's slow down, get curious, and make sense of these experiences – together.
